To mitigate any conflicts of interests, the RIGHT Fund has adopted a governance structure
that ensures a transparent and equitable framework for the selection and advancement of new healthcare innovations, and access to them.
A well-planned and interlocking set of leadership bodies and functions has been designed to achieve this goal.
The RIGHT Fund leadership team is organized into four separate but related bodies—
the Board of Directors, Council, Selection Committee, and Management Team—
that perform independent roles and collectively contribute to achieve the goals of the organization.
